Consultation Call

You can book a FREE consultation call with us where we can discuss your property and it's requirements.

In Person Consultation

This is a 1-2 hr visit where advice is given on how best to achieve your maximum selling/letting potential. We will go through each room and tips and recommendations will be provided, covering everything from furniture layout, colour schemes, decluttering, and accessories so you can confidently stage the property yourself.

This service costs £150.

In Person Consultation and Action Plan Report

Following the consultation a detailed Action Plan Report will be sent covering all the necessary changes, room by room. Offering carefully selected items you can purchase directly depending on your budget and providing contacts for optional contractors/services with estimates. A great option for those that want to get their property on the market fast.

This service costs £250

Hands On Support

This service is tailored to each client, and can provide as much or little support as you need to prepare your home for sale. Working with a budget and quote to suit your needs. Some services can include:

Obtaining estimates
Sourcing local reputable tradespeople
Overseeing the work and project schedule
Purchasing or renting furniture/decor
De-cluttering
Dressing the property ready for sale
